Power is fed to the ceiling box on the right, then down to the switches. This is a diagram where the neutral does not go down to the switches.

Switching a light from 4 locations with power coming into the switch on the left.  Note the neutral is fed straight through the switches to the light. In my opinion, this is the best way to wire a 4way. Anything else gets real complicated.
